Memories of this special occasion will remain with'us as time passes on. The "Golden Centennial" Committee would like to say "Thank-you" to every-one who assisted in making our Celebration a: success. The enthusiasm of those who attended was ample reward for the many hours spent planning and coordinating the many activities of the week-end. It is anticipated that a profit will be realised* and a financial statement will be prepared as soon as all the accounts are received. The following souvenirs are still available at the Board of Trade office on South Streets history books, coffee mugs, steins, hasti-notes, and souvenir programmes. For your convenience, the office will be open on the following dates from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Saturday's August 23, September 20, October 18, November 15, and December 6, 13, 20. We have also ordered an additional 100 spoons. These souvenirs would make a nice birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift. The "Golden Centennial" Committee will remain in office until December 31, 1980, so that the profits from the sale of souvenirs may be used towards a Golden Centennial project. Once again "Thank-you" everyone for your co-operation and contribution to the success of our Celebration. The "Golden Centennial" Committee.
