- The quote “If you persevere and refuse to give up, you can accomplish your goals in the end” was written by Dr. Seuss the Tippy Toe Tigers team found out with help from Tillsonburg Public Library. It refers to Dr. Seuss's book “Green Eggs and Ham”. We chose this book to portray the quote and wrote our poem in Dr. Seuss style. Fifty words didn't give us much space to complete the poem in his style but we did our best. Our extra helpers, Zackery is holding a Hop on Pop book and McKenzie is holding a Green Eggs and Ham book in our photo. In order from left to right; Ilene Chesterman, Kate Pratten, Nikki Chesterman (top row), Zackery Burke, McKenzie Burke and Nancy Chesterman (bottom row).
