Dear Mrs English; My Dad remembered the names of a number of men who were employed at Deseronto, Mohawk and at the junction, but could not recall exactly what their jobs were. Supt. of Bay of Quinte, H.B.Sherwood, David Valleau, who later became Supt. or Gen. Manager of Oshawa R.R. Operators or Agents at Deseronto; Patrick Mo Ewen, Russell Thomas, George Foley, Steve Garvin, Jerry O'Connor, Mr. Dear. Jack O'Connor, chief clerK at freight shed, Roy Burnham, eXpress office, Bruce stoddart, freight. Harry Baldwin, Operator at Deseronto and at Mohawk during World War 1. ‘ Charlie Stewart and Charlie Raven were agents at old Deseronto Junction. Frank Allison, Operator at junction, later at Napanee. . As Dad will be 69 in July and is not too well, think he did very well to remember these peOple and hope the names will be some help to you.
