The FWlO Board of Directors passed a motion many years ago in this regard. Under the ca- pable direction of Lynn Ruigrok, Executive Assistant, and Heather Ross, Office Assistant, the database is being refined to reflect more accurately the membership and number of newsletters required. If Branches wish addi» tional newsletters for local libraries and offices. they are being asked to purchase a subscription for a cost of S12 annually. Anniversary Reports Please note that the Editorial Policy as set by the Home 8! Country Committee and passed by the FWIO Board of Directors states that anniversary reports and photographs are not to be printed. Please understand that there is not room to print all oftheanniversary reports that are submitted. Keeping in mind that there are as many anniVersary reports and photo graphs submitted as are listed in the Congratulations column) it would not be fair to print just a few. The Editorial Committee hopes that you understand this point of view and that you continue to submit reports and photographs about Branch. District and Area projects.
