In my own case. I was very happy to see that all of the important facts were left in and what had been deleted were only nonessentials. Sincerely, Maureen Lollar President, Wolfe island WI Meet Loreen Ambler Loreen Ambier. a member of the Reid's Corners Women's Institute in Bruce County, wrote the winning entry in the Children's Storybook Competition sponsored by the Federated Women's Institutes of Ontario. The competition was organized as a special feature of FWIO’S inaugural provincial Ouiit Show, "Quilts. Ouills and Bears" which will be held from September I6 to 18, 2005. Loreen haswon other literaryawards from the Women's Institute. She received the Senator Cairine Wilson Trophy from the Federated Women's institutes of Canada at their national triennial convention in Truro. Nova Scotia. in [994. A retired teacher. Loreen lives in Kincardine with her husband Bill. She now uses her skills to organize a day care program for seniors. is a volunteer atthe hospital and is actively involved in the women's organization of her church. Loreen's hobbies include a membership in a local book club, amateur radio and traditional rug hooking. Loreen is the mother of one son and three daughters and grandmother of IO-yearâ€"old Sarah. it was Sarah who 0“ reviewing the story exclaimed. "That’s good!"
