We would like to extend a big THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered their time or attended the event! “Quincy and His Quilt” had an outstanding debut selling 100 packages of the book, a small quilt and a little teddy bear by Saturday afternoon. We sold another 164 books alone! We would like to extend a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who sent in a quilt for show or sale, put up posters, worked so Rose Marie Smith of Vittoria Wi taught a workshOp on making teddy bears. hard putting up and taking down quilts, manning the various stations during the show, organized a bus trip to the show, sold tickets and for all the support. Without all of you nothing would have been accomplished â€"- Women’s Institute ladies working together to get a job done. The Quilt Committee thanks you forall you did. Did we make any money? No we did not, The attendance was not what we expected and so many variables were unknown. Was it a good show?
