Wellington Nonh Rural Child Care This summer, in an attempt to provide a necessary child care service. the Bethesda-Reach WI offered an ex- perimental child care program to Scugog. Uxbridge and Brock area farm families. The families could book a care giver through the local Agricultural Employment Services office, leaving the parents free for farm and harvest responsibilities. The care giver would come to the farm home and provide quality care for children under 12 years of age. prepare lunch and finish preparation for a se- cond meal e.g. reâ€"heating prepared foods.) The initial $15 fee covered a 9 hour day, caring for 2 children. with ad- ditional fees charged per extra child and for extra hours. Care givers were available Monday through Friday from 7.30am to 9.30pm. Each family was allowed a maximum of 10 days servicc over the summer, with a maximum of three days per week.
