Many serious ill people of the Niagara Region have had to travel to Toronto to use the sophisticated t-ray machine - the Cat Scanner. Waiting times for appointments have been up to three months â€" an ex- tremely long time for an anxious and ill person. lt will serve the entire Regional Municipality OI Niagara.
