REGULATIONS Applicant shall submit a letter of application which should contain the following information: (a) personal data, relating to application (b) need for ï¬nancial assistance (c) purpose and plan for which the money will be used. i.e. training. travel, accommodation (d) outline of training program (e) expected beneï¬ts from the proposed training to self and community. Cultural activities to be interpreted as painting. music. drama. creative writing. creative heritage crafts. and the like. Instruction should begin within six months of notiï¬cation of scholarship and terminate within thirty months. A letter of recommendation is re- quired from local branch. to include detailed involvement in branch ac- tivities by the applicant. Application to be received by FWIO office by February 1. 1981.
