Officers’ Conference You can‘t say Oi’rieers' Conference is a holiday but it surely is a lovely change ofpaee. Just hetng together on a universitv campus is another world. as well as the added hunth lo meet members from around the prov- ince. and to discuss the work oflhe Women‘s Institute.
