The District must have 100% delegate attendance from its branches both days; plus Federation Repre- sentative and District Delegate at the Area Conven» tion. 3. In case oftie. the winner will be the District with the greatest number of attendants at the convention; that is. oï¬icial delegates and total attendance (vis- itors and members from the branches). 4. The ‘winning District will bear the expense of in- scribing their name and date on the trophy plate. The trophy is to be retained by them and displayed at their District Annual. 5. The trophy must be brought to the Area Convention each vear. 6. The competition shall be reviewed by the Area Board at 5-year intervals. at which time the decision may be made as to its continuance for another ï¬ve- year period. 7.
