Getting To Know Our Neighbours OUTH WESTERN AREA Women's In- Sstitutes entertained seventy~five members of i the Farm Bureau Women of Macombe and Oakland counties of Michigan at a dinner held in the Masonic Lodge Hall in Oil Springs in June 1967. A centennial cake decorated in the Women’s Institute colours of royal blue and gold centred the smorgasbord table. The candles were lit by Mrs. Everett Small, On- tario Provincial president, Mrs. Leonard Eschenburg of Macombe County and Mrs Edward Burns of Oakland County. The cake was cut by Mrs. George Dingle, past president of the Southwestern area.
