PresidEnt of Winchester Women's Institute writes that the lnstitute’s big centennial project is to assist in financing the build1ng of a swimming pool in the town. The complete cost of installing the pool will be $10.08100 of which the Women's Institute has contractEd to pay 51.000.00 in yearly instalments over three years.
