Irwin reported 1,189 people registered and $110.05 was received for the Scholarship Fund. Members from 50 Branches in 4 adâ€" joining Districts served tea cach afternoon. The theme for the F.W.I.O, exhibit was “F.W.I.O., a constituent society in A.C.W.W."; the theme for the Department exhibit was "Citizenship." Awards and Announcements The Provincial awards in the Salada Tea Rug Competition went to 1. Atikokan Branch in Rainy River East, a prize of $100.00. 2. Cornwall Centre Branch in Stormont District, a prize of $50.00. 3, Fordwich Branch in Huron East District, a prize of $25.00. The Company will continue the project in 1954 with another handicraft. Announcement was made that the Spring Provincial Board Meeting will be held at the O.A.C.. Guelph, on May 3rd. 4th and 5th, 1954. A Provincial Conference will be conducted for Branch Presidents on May 6th and 7th. The F.W.I.O. holiday at O.A.C., Guelph, will he held on the week of July 5th. The F.W.I.O. holiday at Kemptville Agricul- tural School will be held on August 17th. 18th and 19th.
