King George and Queen Elizabeth, to our country in May, we, as Institute members will take a special interest in Their Majesties' visit because of the long association of Her Majesty with the Women‘s Institutes of Great Britain. As a young girl, Queen Elizabeth was a member of the Knebworth Women‘s Institute, and as Queen, Her Majesty has con- tinued to be actively interested in the movement. Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary are joint Presidents of the Sandringham Women’s Institute of England.
